Data and privacy
There is not a single form on our sites, not a single analytics counter and not a single advertising pixel. We do not collect visitors' contact details. The calculator stores only what it needs to work: a username, an encrypted password, the organisation name and the load plans themselves.
This page was not written by a lawyer, nor for one. It simply states what happens to data when you open our sites or work in the calculator.
The europiir.io site
There are no forms. No "leave a request", no "subscribe", no "we will call you back". Nowhere do you have to enter a name, an e-mail or a phone number.
There are no counters. No Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrica, no Meta pixel, no advertising networks. Your movement between pages goes nowhere and is sold to no one.
What the browser remembers by itself. Your chosen language is kept in your browser's storage so you do not have to pick it again. It is not sent to the server and disappears when you clear site data.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts — the only external address the page reaches out to.
Server log
Like any web server, ours records requests: which page, when, from which browser. This is what tells us the load and how many people visit.
The visitor's address is truncated as it is written: only the first two bytes are kept, the rest is dropped. That stub shows a country and a provider, not a person. The log is kept for a limited time and shared with no one.
The ldm.europiir.io calculator
This is a working tool; access is by an account issued by the administrator. There is no public sign-up.
What is stored: a username, a password in encrypted form (we do not know your password and cannot read it), the organisation name, the chosen language, and the load plans themselves — dimensions, weights, shipment numbers.
There are no e-mails or phone numbers. They used to be kept for password reset letters. On 27 September 2026 all of them were erased, and new accounts are created without them: access is granted by an invitation link, the password is chosen by the person, and recovery runs on a code only they know.
Load plans are visible to your organisation and to the administrator. Another company cannot see your calculations.
A view-only link opens one specific plan for whoever you sent it to. It expires, it can be protected with a password, and it can be revoked at any time. Such links are closed to search engines.
How access is granted
You write to us yourself — by e-mail or messenger. Your address stays in that conversation: we do not move it into a database, a spreadsheet or a CRM. The reply with your access comes back the same way.
Cookies
One, and it is technical: it keeps you signed in. Without it you cannot log in. We have no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to ask about.
If anything is unclear
Write to info@europiir.io. Ask us to delete what we hold about you and we will delete it and confirm.
